3.2 Direct Sales by Treble Clef Productions
For tickets purchased directly from our website or through our official box office sub-domain (boxoffice.trebleclefproductions.com), the booking contract is directly with Treble Clef Productions.
4. Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy.
For all tickets sold directly by Treble Clef Productions, the following rules apply strictly:
4.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All directly purchased tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred to alternative dates, unless explicitly stated otherwise under section 4.2.
4.2 Show Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that a performance must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to severe weather, artist illness, venue issues, or force majeure) or if a performance does not reach an adequate number of ticket sales to make the production financially viable, a full refund of the ticket face value will be issued to the original purchaser. Treble Clef Productions is not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or auxiliary costs incurred by ticket holders due to a cancellation.

All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, promotional videos, and show titles, is the property of Treble Clef Productions or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
